Most people think their best ideas come from grinding harder.

Mine don’t.

Some of my clearest ideas show up when I step away — on a walk, on a drive, during time off. When I create space, my brain shifts from execution mode to strategic thinking. That’s when patterns connect and clarity surfaces.

But I don’t stop there. I talk ideas through with people I trust — the ones who challenge assumptions and refine what works (and what doesn’t).

Great ideas rarely grow in isolation. They sharpen through conversation.

If you feel stuck, the solution might not be more hours at your desk.
It might be space — and the right voices in the room.

Save this as a reminder: stepping away isn’t slacking. It’s strategy.
